Jason B. Vance

Jason B. Vance was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Houston, Texas in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University (B.S. in Management Information Systems, summa cum laude, 1998). Mr. Vance attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2005 and his Master of Laws in Taxation in 2010. He is also a member of the Houston Bar Association (Tax Law Section Member). Mr. Vance practices in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, estate planning and asset protection.
