Ms. Martin has managed a wide range cases from discovery through trial. Ms. Martin has significant experience in products liability cases, ERISA cases, and numerous other general litigation issues. She has briefed numerous aggressive removals, deposed key fact witnesses, argued discovery and summary judgments, and developed expert witnesses of numerous specialties. Additionally, Ms. Martin has developed particular expertise in appellate practice, briefing numerous appeals in state and federal court, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court.
